In order to get your coffee machine repaired quickly and without issues we ask you to. 

1. Book an appointment as normal by clicking on the "Book Now" button (You will need to choose a date and time);

2. Once booked, please print your confirmation email;

3. Box your appliance, protect it as much as possible with bubble wrap in order to avoid issues during transport, add the printed confirmation email in the box and close it;

4. We will then send you an email 24 hours prior to the collection with the last details, it is important that you insert the right address, phone number and email to avoid delays.

5. Once we receive the machine we will service it as usual and be in touch so you can arrange a delivery date.
