1. Full Coffee Machine Descale Add On for €13.40 extra.
How it works: The engineers will remove all valves and boilers in order to descale the appliance, clean and lubricate moving parts.

2. Priority Inspection/Service 24 to 48 hrs Add On for €19 extra.
How it works: The engineers follow a queue as the appliances come in. With priority they will work overtime to have your appliance first inspected and serviced (if parts in stock) within 24 to 48 hours from the check in. The normal waiting time for services without Priority is 4 to 5 business days.
